The evening of March 9, 2025, marked a historic milestone for Vietnam, as the nation clinched its first-ever victory at the prestigious Miss Global beauty pageant. Vietnamese model Nguyễn Đình Như Vân was crowned Miss Global 2025 by the outgoing titleholder, Ashley Melendez of Puerto Rico, in a dazzling coronation ceremony. The world finale was hosted by former Miss Universe runner-up Antonia Porsild and renowned Thai actor Kornkan Sutthikoses. The coronation gala, held at MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand, brought together delegates from 63 nations, each gracing the runway in breathtaking ensembles that elevated the glamour of the already radiant evening. This edition also marked the first Miss Global pageant under the stewardship of TPN Global, ushering in a new era for the competition.
Along with the crowning of Nguyễn Đình Như Vân as Miss Global 2025, four runners-up were also crown. Jamaica’s Keri-Ann Greenwood secured the first runner-up title, followed by Puerto Rico’s Ediris Rivera as the second runner-up. Lindsay Becker from the United States claimed the third runner-up spot, while the Philippines’ Xena Ramos rounded out the top five as the fourth runner-up.

Best National Costume – Sanduni Fernando (Sri Lanka)
People’s Choice Award – Jana Marvanova (Czech Republic)
Miss Congeniality – Nada Ouji (Tunisia)
Best in Evening Gown – Lizi Qi (China)
Miss Global Sisterhood – Kiko Uchizone (Japan)
Best Introduction Video – Sweezal Furtado (India)
This year’s Miss Global 2025 pageant was truly historic, as for the first time ever, a mother won the prestigious crown. Nguyen Dình Nhu Van, 33, a mother of two daughters, made history as the first married woman and mother to claim the coveted title. A crowd favorite, Nhu Van was widely predicted to win by beauty pageant fan pages and online communities even before the grand finale. Her exceptional performance, undeniable confidence, and captivating stage presence set her apart from the competition. Beyond her stunning presentation, she impressed with her remarkable adaptability in communication, effortlessly blending warmth and elegance. Her outstanding public speaking skills further solidified her position as a top contender.
