Over a decade ago, a handsome young boy from the village of Panchota in Nagaur, left home for Jaipur to pursue his higher education. At that time, it was simply a step towards building a better future. He never imagined that this one decision would one day make him the face of his homeland, Rajasthan, at both the national and international level. We often hear that even the smallest villages in India have given the country some of its most accomplished personalities. For him, this was not just a saying - it became his life’s reality. With hard work, patience and belief in himself, he proved that your beginnings do not limit your dreams. Rajasthan is the land of majestic forts, golden deserts, royal palaces and timeless traditions. It is known for its bravery, colourful culture and deep-rooted values. In many ways, his personality reflected the spirit of this great state - strong yet humble, graceful yet powerful. Whether through his words, his work or his presence, he always remained connected to his roots. He did not just represent Rajasthan; he carried its story with him. His name, Chena Ram Choudhary.
Currently based in Jaipur, Chena Ram Choudhary completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and later earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and Humanities, all while steadily building his career. His life was moving in a stable and promising direction - like many young men in India, he had secured a good education and was shaping a successful career. By all standards, his life’s path seemed well-set. Then, in 2021, a simple suggestion changed everything. Someone encouraged him to participate in the Mr. Rajasthan competition.
At 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a very charming, naturally chiselled face and a well-sculpted physique, he had always drawn attention wherever he went. Yet modelling had never been part of his plan. After giving it thoughtful consideration, he decided to take a chance and submitted his application. In October 2021, he won the title of Mr. Rajasthan. That moment quietly marked the beginning of a new chapter in his life - one that would take him beyond business and academics into the world of modelling and fashion. The following year, in 2022, he was voted by the people of India as the Most Handsome Face of the Year. Later that same year, he achieved an even greater milestone by winning the prestigious Mr. India 2022 title. What began as a simple suggestion had now transformed into a defining journey - one that carried his name, and Rajasthan’s pride, to a much wider stage.
One victory followed another, and his journey continued to unfold with meaningful milestones. By 2023, his hard work and consistency had prepared him for an even bigger stage. That year, he was chosen to represent India at one of the world’s largest modelling competitions, held in Thailand - a moment that carried both pride and responsibility. In February 2023, he travelled to Thailand for the international event. There, he created history by becoming the first Indian model to receive the maximum score in the competition. It was not just a personal achievement, but a proud moment for the country he represented. His accomplishments did not end there. Upon returning to India, his efforts in promoting the nation and India’s culture on an international platform were recognised and honoured in Goa, where he was presented with the “Most Influential Personality of the Year” award. Later that year, he received another distinguished honour - the “International Face of the Year 2023” award - acknowledging his role as a global representative of India. Each recognition was not merely a trophy, but a reflection of his dedication, discipline and the pride with which he carried his country’s name to the world stage.
While achieving milestones at both national and international levels, he never lost touch with his roots. No matter how far his journey took him, Rajasthan remained at the centre of his heart. He carried its values with him — humility, strength, and pride — and stayed deeply connected to the land that shaped him. In 2024, he returned to Jaipur with a new purpose. He established CR Productions Company with a vision to guide and support the youth of Rajasthan who aspire to build careers in modelling and fashion. Since then, he has been actively training and grooming young talents in Jaipur, sharing not just skills, but also the confidence and discipline required to succeed on bigger platforms. What began in 2021 as a simple suggestion turned into a journey of dedication, growth, and meaningful impact. From a regular village boy in Rajasthan to becoming the face of the state, his story stands as a reminder that staying true to your roots while chasing your dreams can create a legacy that inspires many.
